Refund policy
We hope you are thrilled with your MOROBÉ purchase, but if anything is not matching your expectations or you need assistance, please let us know!
Regarding online orders
If you want to exchange your order please contact MOROBÉ's Customer Service via mail: info@morobe.com or Whatsapp: +32 475 70 70 27.
If you want to return your order, create your return label (within 14 days) here: https://returns.morobe.com (Don't forget to add your # when entering your order number). Please note that returns are at your own expense and the cost will be equal to the shipping fee you originally paid. Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, or your exchange order will be shipped within 3 days. In case of a refund, it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the money on your bank account or credit card.
Important notes:
- All items must be returned with the original MOROBÉ boxes, dust bags and wrapping paper.
- When trying on shoes, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. MOROBÉ may refuse any returns that are not in the original condition.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- We advise you to use a parcel service with tracking.
- We do not refund custom duties for countries outside EU, but you can contact your local custom duty office to claim them.
Regarding in-store purchases
If you have second thoughts about your purchase, items may be exchanged in-store within 7 days. In this case, you will receive a credit voucher for the corresponding amount.
Purchases made in our boutiques are considered in-store purchases, even if the item is subsequently shipped to you from another location. In line with our policy, these purchases are eligible for refund via gift card only.
Please note that jewelry purchased in-store cannot be exchanged.
