Description

The Cyrille sandal is a striking expression of modern femininity, defined by fluid lines and confident proportions. Crafted from supple lamb leather, the design features the softly pleated front strap inspired by the iconic Carol model, reinterpreted in a more expressive silhouette. Long, slender straps extend from the sides and can be wrapped either around the ankle or higher up the leg, allowing for versatile styling and a personalized look.

Taxes and duties

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Orders and deliveries outside the European Union may be subjected to local import duties and/or Taxes. MOROBÉ is not responsible for any additional charged from customs or duties.

Important information

All orders are fully traceable through our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, MOROBÉ reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order

Insurance

MOROBÉ insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

Regarding online orders

If you want to exchange your order please contact MOROBÉ's Customer Service via mail:  info@morobe.com or Whatsapp: +32 475 70 70 27. 

If you want to return your order, create your return label (within 14 days) here: https://morobe.shipping-portal.com/rp/ (Don't forget to add your # when entering your order number). Please note that returns are at your own expense and the cost will be equal to the shipping fee you originally paid. Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, or your exchange order will be shipped within 3 days. In case of a refund, it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the money on your bank account or credit card.

Important notes:

  • All items must be returned with the original MOROBÉ boxes, dust bags and wrapping paper.
  • When trying on shoes, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. MOROBÉ may refuse any returns that are not in the original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • We advise you to use a parcel service with tracking.
  • We do not refund custom duties for countries outside EU, but you can contact your local custom duty office to claim them.

Regarding in-store purchases

If you have second thoughts about your purchase, it is possible to exchange in-store within 7 days. In this case, you will receive a credit voucher with the corresponding amount.
